Aga Skwierczyńska
I specialize in Product Discovery. My focus is helping product teams harness the power of data and user research to dream up better product ideas and validate them faster.
With 13 years in the digital product game, I’ve worn the Product Manager hat, steering numerous products that served millions of daily users (B2C) and thousands of customers (B2B) in Poland and across the globe. I’ve also spearheaded various technical and platform projects, including some award-winning ones (like the CES Innovation Award 2018).
While driven by business goals and results, I also emphasize fostering effective team communication. I draw upon psychological insights for this, and I’m certified in soft skills training, Design Thinking facilitation, and mediation.
Piotr Adamiak
For over a decade, I’ve been immersed in the world of UX Research, guiding product teams in making strategic, data-driven choices. I’m all about delivering research insights that are directly actionable for product development. My specialty lies in exploratory research, delving into operational contexts and uncovering user needs.
I’ve tackled a multitude of research projects across various industries, wearing different hats – both on the product side within tech companies and in research agencies. I take pride in ensuring that research findings are communicated clearly and succinctly. I’m not a fan of overly complex reports that don’t add value to the product.
With plenty of research and workshop sessions under my belt, I’m an experienced facilitator. I blend quantitative and qualitative methods seamlessly in my projects. I also enjoy sharing my knowledge at conferences and in training sessions, offering support to junior researchers. I have also had teaching roles at SWPS in Warsaw and UAM in Poznan as part of my experience.
